They had very friendly and knowledgeable service. A small repair on an inexpensive piece was needed right away. It took them minutes. They replace watch battery on‑site and had dropped watch links. All staff engage warmly from the moment walked in. Each question was answered thoughtfully and very quickly, tailored to very specific needs. Very satisfied and will be back.
Did an excellent job on several jewelry repairs - highly recommended!
