Great folks. Had a broken driveline just east of Vicksburg they came to me and picked it up and built a new one and brought it to me. Had me back on the road in less than 3 hours. Couldn’t ask for friendlier and more helpful people and excellent quality work.

I called to find out if they could do a transmission on the Corvette. The reasoning for not doing it is because they’re afraid to put it on the lift because the body is made out of fiberglass and if they damage it they have to buy a whole new car you can’t be too professional if you can’t put a car on a lift correctly.

Took my vehicle to these guys for a routine rear-end rebuild. Paid over $1500 for the repairs and then discovered that the new gears were noisier than before. Was told by the owner, **** *********, that they would put an original equipment gear set in as soon as they could get one. I had to call the business repeatedly for status updates because they would never call me back after leaving messages and even stopping by to check on progress. Was finally told the gears were there after the 4th call, and I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday. Actually received a call from **** the NEXT THURSDAY afternoon telling me I would have to pay $430 for the gears on top of what I had already paid! This was the first time in the 3 weeks I had been waiting for the work to be done that he EVER mentioned having to pay for anything additional. After expressing my extreme displeasure with several sentence-enhancing terms, he offered me two options: pay the extra fees or get ALL my money back. ??? WTH??? This business owner would rather pay me back the $1500 than install a quality gear set and retain a paying customer? I told him to have my key and the check ready for pickup the next day. When I showed up to accept HIS offer, he hands me the key and tells me he ISN'T giving me any money back because he got his little feelings hurt when I said mean things to him after he decided to put me over a barrel at the 11th hour after keeping the vehicle for a solid week. When I told him I wasn't leaving without my money, he called the police on me. This man has no idea how to run a business or how to treat customers after performing inferior work. I didn't care about the money, I just wanted my vehicle repaired properly. No communication, surprise fees, extremely poor/unprofessional attitude, backpedaling on an offer HE extended as a resolution, and my vehicle still isn't right. They won't EVER get another chance to do any work for me. Lesson learned!
