I've never experienced such customer service as I did at Flowwods Kay's Jeweler's. Trina and Pamela are the sweetest, most help sellers I've ever dealt with. I had tons of questions they answered them all with such attentiveness. They truly cared about us, and pleasing us. Kay's need to give these ladies a raise. Their value is immeasurable. Trina and Pan is the reason we will be back to Kay's! Thanks so much Ladies!!!

I was about to walk out the store because I didn’t see what I wanted in my price range then Mrs. Michelle walked to her computer smiling and assured me that she could find me something in my price range that I would be able to get before Christmas and that she did so needless to say I’m grateful for the tentative customer service that I receive

I love the atmosphere at this location. The ladies that work in the store are very friendly and polite and I really appreciate that because good customer service is very hard to find these days. Trina Rhodes made me feel very comfortable and she didn’t care if I was spending $5 or $5,000 so I really appreciate her warm smile and her patience shown with me today! And please let the young lady that helped me on the phone today with this computer stuff I really appreciate her as well. Not sure who the store manager is but you got some Winners in your young ladies there. I think you got some keepers. I live in Byram and I will do All my shopping at this store for All my jewelry needs just for my customer service. I appreciate the love ladies. It goes a long way??

Had a WONDERFUL experience with Mrs. Pamela!! She went over and beyond to ensure I understood the what and why of my warranties in an effort to maintain my jewelry. She was informative, patient, and attentive- the epitome of customer service!!!!

Ms. Suzanna and Mrs. Michelle were angels for me at the Flowood location in MS! They went above and beyond for me to get my husband’s gold chain replaced! Even waited on me after hours! I am super grateful and the customer service was EXCELLENT! These ladies need to be the face of Kay Jewelers! Ms. Suzanne is such a sweetheart and was welcoming and made me feel heard! She answered every single question I had and encouraged me to ask more! Very professional and patient as well! Please please do something for her whether it’s a raise, promotion etc…They will always have my business as long as these two are working at this location!

My wife and I went into Kay's in Flowood, MS, to make an exchange. That's when we met Pamela, the friendliest, nicest, most patient and informative rep I have ever met. I actually enjoyed listening to she and my wife talk jewelry. She is the standard by which I will judge every other sales rep. I will probably call the store to inquire if she is on duty before making a purchase in the future.

Pamela and Michelle were very helpful! They helped me set up an online wish list of engagement rings, told me about upcoming promotions, and gave me information about the Dana Augustine diamond show coming up in September. Pamela took her time with me to figure out what I prefer in a ring. This was my first time trying on rings, so she went over the different settings, shapes, color and clarity, natural versus lab-grown diamonds, and much more. I would say my first time browsing for engagement rings was a success because of these sweet ladies!
