I do Kroger pickups and have been since Covid. This store is usually great. In the past few months I have had a concerning issue which is that items are charged to my account, but they aren't put in my car. This past visit was so severe that I contacted the general manager to alert them that someone charged me for over $35 worth of items. Lindt easter bunnies ($10), 2 packs of Ghirardelli chocolate chips ($10), Off bug spray ($9) and Lysol Wipes ($5). The manager knows now, so next time it happens I am reporting it to their corporate office.
Charging customers for items they did not receive is stealing money from customers.

I like this location much more than the other one in flowood because it is much bigger. they also have a lot of stuff on clearance constantly, which is nice.

The Yogurt Noosa is not refrigerated properly, while it is with in date, it looks horrible from opening it and even mixing it. Many of them on the shelf are either not being put on the shelf fast enough and left out to thaw, or the refrigerator is not cold enough.
The young men working on the parking lot do a good job, and watching them, they work hard and quick. The deli, meat, and produce department has done an excellent job. The store has new management. The coworkers are stressed and trying their best at times but seem overworked at times, perhaps low on staff?

Fruits and vegetables are regularly rotting, infested, or molded. I haven't seen actually fresh produce in MONTHS. Even when it looks fresh, it is expiring dramatically faster than it should.
Last visit there was a bag of onions with literally a hundred flies crawling out of them. Couldn't pick up berries because they were already coated in mold. The sealed shredded lettuce was the only item I could pick up.

Haven't met a Kroger I didn't like. For one it's the only place to get my Boar's Head ? cold cuts. The deals are pretty good also. The chop meat is always good also. Makes great burgers. I must say I tried the fried chicken at this one. First time ans man it was delicious and I had ot with their mashed potato which was also totally worth it. Only thing negative I have to say is I needed to take cash back and I was shocked to see it charged a fee. C'mon Kroger, you don't need that fee. Next time because of that , barring I don't need Boar's Head, and I needed cash, to save the fee, I could just as well go to Walmart and get what I need and no fee for cashback after spending 80 bucks.

Recently stop in Kroger’s in Flowood to purchase flower bouquet for a dance recital. The young lady, Jordan was so very polite and helpful. She made the bouquet very unique for my granddaughter. So, thank you Jordan for caring for the details.

Shelves, fully stocked most items down, isles fronted workers, smiling, and happy management very cordial. It being a retail store I would want to work at.

Shoppers beware ! IF U R DIABETIC and EAT in the store with the items in ur buggy Yvonne will have Mr. Thorton and MS. Love ganging up on u in the store.. I have been going to dogwood Kroger since it opened. I was treated and basically accused of stealing!!! The opened little debbie boxes were in my cart along with others. I was told by Mr. Thornton that if I have a low blood sugar I will need to ask someone for permission before eating anything. It has never been an issue before. I have weak spells and it's hard for me to shop. I cried my eyes out when I got home. Found the courage to call Mr. Thornton and he said ask for permission or I'm NOT WELCOME IN HIS STORE. I called corporate and there isn't a rule for eating something out of ur buggy. Yvonne and MS. Love just have a very bad disposition and need to find a different job not not working in the public. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND END UP IN THE ER BECAUSE OF THAT STORE. I HAVE SPENT ENOUGH IN THERE TO PAY OFF MY MORTGAGE AND I GET WEAK. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND OR CARE. PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER STORES IF U R STRUGGLING TO SHOP AND IN BAD HEALTH. THANKS FOR READING MY REVIEW. ALSO, CALL CORPORATE. THEY WANT TO KNOW THESE THINGS.
