Used to come here often but won't be back. Stood at customer service for approximately 5-10 min with multiple employees looking right at me and seeing I needed assistance and was just ignored. No one asked if I needed help or said there was someone at customer service. It wasn't until I was walking out that 1 employee asked if they could page someone at which time I had had enough and left. Teach your employees how to interact with people

The customer service and selections of grocery items are just fine. Except for the produce. Almost every time I look for fruits and vegetables they're pretty rotten. This Kroger has one of the worst produce sections I've ever seen

Had a very strange interaction at the fuel center when the cashier asked for my debit card inside the booth and then asked me for mt PIN number. She also kept flipping my card over to see my security code. I gave her the card because the reader was inside with her. But asking for my PIN number I thought to be out of consistency with other Kroger Fuel Center and other merchants asking for PIN numbers.

The best fried chicken at an exceptional reasonable price. Chicken was still juicy and crispy when reheated 6 hours later.

This guy nearly ran me over while I was crossing the road to my car. Looks like a grumpy Santa. Be careful when you see him because he loses his temper easily when driving. Also, he is parked in a no parking spot, so clearly reading isn't fundamental for him.

The Pharmacist Emilee and the entire staff are rude, unprofessional, and messy. On numerous occasions I have been hung up on, they’ve shut down early on me, and have denied filling prescriptions for myself and my infant. Once I was told by the pharmacist to go to WIC or purchase formula that was prescribed to my baby. Additionally she was discussing me with negatively with other customers and she questioned me about my deceased nephew and mention that she lives behind my sister. Why are you digging into my personal life? ZERO STARS!

Let me just say that if I could give 10 stars I would. So I strolled into Kroger today and was at the self checkout with a lot of groceries. A very nice young lady named Jasmine came over and started helping me bag up my groceries. She was friendly and very professional. Thank you so very much, your simple act of kindness really made my day.
