Electric outlets did not work, went in for a shave in the restroom room, and a guy specifically told me outlets can't produce enough watts for shave, so they wanted me to pay for a shower, when my company consistently pays for fuel with Love's, and showers are free. Then a manager wouldn't exchange my water that wasn't up to clean taste standards when I tasted it.

So loves is only allowing 1 hr for semi truck parking even after you buy fuel food and get a shower. No more 10 hr breaks or 34 hr resets or will be towed. Something is not right I think the tow company and management have something going on under the table. Some kind of scheme

So trucks can't be parked here for longer than an hour before being towed. So we can't go home and return to find our truck. You just tow it with zero communication. I was not towed thankfully but that's a crappy way to treat driver's. You should at least contact the company or the driver to get the truck moved. No, you take their truck and load so the driver has to shell out money. BAD decision.

We filled up with 181 gallons of gas at Love's gas station and went inside to (T-Check) cash out $100 and there was a girl named Drickaa who was an unfashionable staff member and she charged us three dollars. It wasted our hour and that's it.

We drive a 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 and do what is called Hotshot. ( delivery). Well, anyways, we've been everywhere from east to west. We put in lots of miles. This love's just had an employee come wake us up at 6:15 am. and told us to move out of the parking spot we had been in since yesterday afternoon. We paid $17 for a shower. We bought $28 in hot food.
Plus, drinks and snacks throughout the 12 hours we were parked. We were parked at the front on the truck side ( parked between two bobtails.). There isn't a sign saying a big Chevy can't park with the semi. We've stopped at many of Love's and never been asked to move, and when i asked why, he just said semi parking only didn't try to hear what we wanted to say. I'm still going back in for our coffee and breakfast because we are waiting on a load away from this location. I'm not saying it's a bad place, just telling my bad experience .
Well, an hour later and no one has parked where we were asked to move from. Smh
Dropped to a 2 because of them threatening over the intercom to tow their own customers that have spent money .
The lady that was in Subway was very nice. She truly was the ONLY nice employee there today. Thank you for your niceness. Also, the metal dividers are beautiful .
Oh yeah still no one has parked in the spot i was asked to move from 2 and a half hours ago.

The mens bathroom needs a lot of maintenance. Employees were very nice
