I enjoy my appointments at ME. My complaint is regarding the year subscription. I was charged for 3 more months beyond my year contract, I only learned that I needed to cancel membership by signing another piece of paper because I called. I was told I would have 60 days to use my 8 hours or $560. The other option was to pay them another 6 months at $10 months so I could have more time to use my own money. I plan to NEVER do another contract with ME again!!!!

My experience at Massage Envy Flowood location is always a great experience. The only complaint I have would be my session rarely start on time but always wrap up early. I love scheduling 90 minute sessions but it’s more like an hour and 15 minute session. I have never gotten a full 90 minute session, but I would still recommend this location.

I had the most relaxing facial with with Anna-Lauren. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She recommended products that would help keep my skin looking amazing. I haven’t had a bad experience at this location. I am a very satisfied member.

I had a subscription. The employees wouldn’t come to work therefore, they would have to call me to cancel my appointments the experience was inconvenient and stressful. My masseuse was late several times. And the facility don’t keep up with the books well. On more than one occasion they said I had less hours than I actually had and wanted me to pay for service. The people in the front office was always very kind but I will never go to that facility again. When my subscription was up, I was charged an additional month. I was not told that I needed to come in to fill out paperwork at the end of my subscription. The thing that was supposed to relax me stressed me out. I will never go back.

I NEVER write reviews but I’m hot.. and I want others to know my experience since apparently mine was similar per reviews.I wanted to cancel my plan because I don’t use it, I don’t have time to use it, and it’s just wasted monthly fees coming out my account… so I called and spoke to Taz Bow, to cancel. BEWARE if you’re wanting to buy a plan.. it is NOT hassle free AT ALL.. she would not take no for an answer and rambled on and on about how I didn’t need to cancel my plan, surely I can find time to come in, etc etc and WOULD NOT TAKE NO for an answer until I had to be ugly on the phone before she would. And I hate being ugly to people.As a business, Number One: if a customer wants to cancel a plan, etc etc, the simple response should be “ok I hate to hear that let me help you cancel”.. Number Two: I shouldn’t have to explain to you why I haven’t used my plan and what my life is like and why I don’t have time. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL in asking those type personal questions and VERY VERY VERY PUSHY in you not wanting you to cancel your plan.I’ve read other reviews about others cancelling plans and drafts still coming out so we will see if my draft comes out Sunday 9/3 after I was ASSURED it was taking care of.. kinda nervous that they won’t follow through but we shall see.. I’ll update if necessary.

John is great , however the way massage envy does business is unethical!!! This was the 2 nd time I've been to this Flowood location & last month they charged me a reasonable $70 today they charged me $120 , I would Never ?The real kicker was the time I was worked on , I was observant this time cause last month didn't jive ! I was 10 minutes early & wasn't take til 10 minutes after my start time... I get the fact they deduct 5min for you to change on both ends but that would still leave you 50 minutes in an hour! Mine was more like 35 min all & all , shame on a business being so disceving !

Was getting what I thought was a month to month massage plan for 70 dollars a month and decided to discontinue around 7 months in because 1. The massages were not good and 2. I wasn't using their services. I contacted them and was told I was under contract until September of 2024. Problem is I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT!!! I never signed anything, nor was was the word contract mentioned. Long story short. I have 4 massages that I've paid for that they will not honor because as I was told " I cancelled my contract ". When I told the manager this all she was interested in was getting my credit card info to charge me for the months that weren't paid. And here's the kicker, they saw that 8 years ago my wife and I got a massage there and my wife gave her credit card info FOR THAT MASSAGE ONLY!! They saved that card on file and charged her card for my supposedly past due membership fee!!! She's livid. I'm glad I never signed a contract with them from the horror stories I'm seeing on the internet since this ordeal. Scamming, fraudulent and unauthorized use or credit cards is not new to Massage Envy. Avoid and if you can't avoid. DO NOT GIVE YOUR C. C. information.

Worst massage I have ever gotten. I was scheduled for a 60 min massage and received a 46 min massage. I arrived 10 min prior to my appt and was lead to a waiting room, only to be retrieved 8 min after my appt time. When she was finished it was still 5 min until the next hour. Clearly not what was paid for. I did request a firm massage and she definitely gave a powerful one, but it was also very rough and choppy and not relaxing in the slightest. She hit things that made loud noises multiple times and was very brusk and almost rude when she needed me to adjust. I’ve had multiple deep tissue massages and never have I had an experience like that. I usually go to the same lady at another place but had an old gift card and some extra pain and discomfort from the work week so I went with massage envy last minute. I won’t make that mistake again.

If you are a cancer patient stay away from this location they are very insensitive and need sensitivity training ..They ruined my moment of celebrating life by getting a massage with my mother..Came to the town for a mother daughter day out and left an emotional mess..They took all my sensitive information at the door where customers come in and out..Sent me to the back for massage only to be told by a massage therapist I don't do Cancer patients I'm not trained..And carried back to the front while my mom is having her massage to be told I'm sorry the lady that sees cancer patients is off until Tuesday we can see you then right in front of customers staff ..I apologize for the inconvenience REALLY this is so disrespectful on so many levels .. I'm a cancer patient stage 4 very insensitive..I frequent 5 star establishments and have never been told I couldn't have a Swedish massage...Cancer patients Beware the entire staff needs sensitivity training..I will never ever go to Massage Envy establishment again in my life ..They could have handled this from the front when they were taking my info.I'm a Cancer Patient advocate and thriver and I will tell all cancer patients to beware..

Had a great massage today but for the life of me I cannot figure out how a business expects to do well by punishing return customers who choose not to become a member…so a 60 min massage for a first time guest is $70. Ok so I’m good with that. But here’s the kicker…if I return for another massage in less than a year, unless I decide to become a member for $70 per month then my next 60 min massage will cost me a whopping $120! How does that encourage return customers? The sad part is Angie was great and were it not for the obvious punishment for not wanting to be a member then I would be back but I guess I’ll need to find a place who recognizes what real customer service looks like!
