“While we have yet to see our lab results, my husband and I were very pleased with the service from Stacey, the phlebotomist on staff at Quest in Flowood on River Oaks Drive. She was very kind, gentle and helpful with questions making our brief visit an easy experience. I note previous poor remarks however we can’t say enough good things at this point about our service from Stacey. She’s a keeper!”

“Got from check in to check out with lab work etc. in 5 minutes! I love this new wave of technology. Filled out all information at home and all I had to do for my wellness panel was print off document and show up- no moving from one waiting room to another. I am very impressed by the employees and the facility that Quest Diagnostics works out of. Amazing place and will definitely come back here! PS check in was facilitated electronically and very easy to understand for all ages.”

“Had a GREAT experience at Labcorp yesterday! I was very hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but I can say that my experience was wonderful. The male receptionist was highly personable and friendly. He was attentive and wasted no time getting me checked in at the kiosk for my blood work. My visit was a little complicated because there were two orders for blood work from two different physicians, one of whom is in Florida. He was helpful and able to work through their process without difficulty.My lab tech was equally good. She was also friendly and attentive. There was no long waiting or ignoring people as some have mentioned.I'll definitely be choosing this location for all my lab work in the future!”
