“I’ve been on home health care since December of last year. Pretty much being fed through a bag of nutrients(TPN) via a port in my chest and have had a few abdominal surgeries. From day 1, this company has bent over backwards to get everything I need to basically just live. From the staff that came every time I was in the hospital, to setting everything up when I finally went home after 83 days in the hospital, to the people who actually deliver my stuff weekly(who drive a lil over 2 hours each way) to the pharmacist(Keisha sp) I can not brag on this company enough. They ain’t in it to just make money. These folks actually care, especially Mrs. Keisha, the pharmacist. She gets me set up with my delivery every week and also checks on me when she calls. Most times people will complain and write reviews if something is wrong or something happens they don’t like, but never give credit where it’s due. These folks may never see this review and that’s ok. My reason for writing it is to help people who may be going through something similar to me and are looking for a company to go with for their supplies/needs. Now granted, there’s an infusion place here in town where I live but you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. Infusion Plus is by far, second to none!!!”

“I love the staff her, especially the cashier, I think her name is Shy-something lol I came in on Sunday 11.24.19 wanting to buy one of each, of all of the Hello Kitty merchandise. They only had two large kitties left, one which couldn't stand, and the other with a stain on it. She took the time to put tide on it, cleaned it, wiped it for me. She was so sweet!! That made my night, I spent over $100 and more just on her caring for something I collect.”

“This was by far the easiest fill by a speciality pharmacy. I switched from Accredo. You dont know bad customer service until you've been forced to use Accredo for years. I didnt have to wait on hold for 30 mins and then deal with an overseas rep who can't understand me. They answered immediately and 5 mins later my script was on the way!”

“I had to extend my stay in Flowood Halloween week and subsequently ran out of my five prescriptions for blood thinner, heart medication, etc. My prescriptions were with my previous employer prescription service and I had just enrolled to Medicare at the first of the month, so had not refilled any of the prescriptions through Medicare. I went to this Walgreens pharmacy and asked if they could help me. AND THEY CERTAINLY DID. The pharmacist got my prescriptions information, checked my Medicare coverage and filled all of my prescriptions; all within 30 minutes. Very, very excellent service and they were so courteous as well. Thank you Walgreens pharmacy. Rodney S., Tampa FL”

“Since the pandemic, this pharmacy has had many of the same challenges of most other places. But in general, their pharmacists and pharmacy team have always been helpful and knowledgeable. My family deals with some complex medical issues. This location answers questions, helps find elusive drugs, and is kind and caring. I recommend.”
“Good store front. Pharmacy service isn't what it use to be. Wait time is much longer, not sure what change in a past few years but something definitely changed. Pharmacist is out quite a bit and they close the pharmacy if they aren't there. Location is good for us is the only reason we haven't changed to a different pharmacy.”
