Grocery Stores
“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Kroger definitely deserves one!!
As I was shopping for coffee creamer (from the huge selection Kroger has to offer, I might add), I was approached by a man asking for money so he could get across town for a job interview. A little startled, I politely declined, and just a few seconds later, a Kroger employee approached me. He asked what the man had said to me and assured me they would keep an eye on him.
As I finished up my grocery shopping, using my amazing Kroger Rewards discount card, I walked toward the front doors a little apprehensively. I was met by the employee I had spoken with earlier, along with the store manager. They apologized again, and the manager even stood outside as I walked safely to my car.
Thank you, Kroger, for being so proactive!! I can tell the safety and comfortability of your customers is a priority.”
“The manager and staff are so nice and helpful even despite her turnover in employees. She's still keeps helping her customers. I love my store. I would rather go here than Walmart!”
“I have been very pleased with my grocery pickups from Kroger Albertson’s. KENDALL has delivered my groceries to my vehicle the last couple times, and she is always smiling, helpful, professional, and thorough. You have a GREAT employee in Kendall, & I hope you give her the thanks she deserves.”
“I parked overnight and someone comes early in the morning and wakes you up a sign to a door. You go to the guard shack And check in. Proceed to door and dock. Take your paperwork to receiving office next to door 1. Took almost 2 hours and they do a lumper fee via capstone.
The guard Shawn was very very nice ? the staff in the office too.”
“GREAT prices that can’t be beat (cheaper than Walmart). However, there are aspects of how Aldi runs their stores that make the shopping & check out experience slightly frustrating & time consuming. So, go ahead and take plenty of bags & stock up on the cheaper options at Aldi— such as butter, milk, eggs, bread, deli meat, cheeses, meats (chicken, pork, steaks, ground turkey, pork tenderloin, etc.) The produce section is small compared to Kroger or Walmart, but it’s easy to navigate and the quality is always top-notch, and again pricing is shockingly affordable compared to same items at other grocery stores.
Tips:
• You must have one quarter to unlock a buggy for use, but you get the quarter back when you return your buggy!
• self checkout does take a long time but that’s common at any store, obviously.
• bring your own bags. Otherwise you will have to pay for bags.”
