The doctor or nurse was very rude from the door. Our appointment was at 10:00. We checked in at 10:07. Because we were late, they put two people in front of us. The 10:20 appointment and the 10:40 appointment. My husband didn’t go back until 10:48. Another couple shows up at 10:47. There appointment was at 10:30. Another man walked in at 10:50, and his appointment was at 11:00. They went ahead and let the 10:30 appointment go before the 11:00 even though they were 17 min late, and we were only 7. Wow. Very ethical.

The laboratory phlebotomist was absolutely excellent. I had a particular code for a master blood panel from an out of state doctor that did not register in the Quest database. She worked with me and the doctor's nurse to get the right codes. In the meantime she was working other clients in to get the designated testing done for them. She actually had to enter all the individual codes in manually (about 2 dozen). She did not skip a beat and was as polite and cordial and anyone could ask for. I came from out of town and was worried that I would not be able to get the required testing done. However, she worked with me and persisted until the codes were properly entered and she took the necessary blood draw. She is a jewel as she was the only personnel in that office. My hat goes off to her. She needs a raise!

1 week after blood drawn & I’ve Never experienced this when having blood drawn in the past. Stale & u friendly girl that checked me in & high school equivalent of a nurse who drew my blood. Avoid this place. I felt like they were bothered that I showed up. Avoid this place!! Avoid this place!!! Unfriendly staff

While we have yet to see our lab results, my husband and I were very pleased with the service from Stacey, the phlebotomist on staff at Quest in Flowood on River Oaks Drive. She was very kind, gentle and helpful with questions making our brief visit an easy experience. I note previous poor remarks however we can’t say enough good things at this point about our service from Stacey. She’s a keeper!

0 stars only market one star because I couldn't post with 0 stars - probably the most unethical company I have ever dealt with - they always "forget" to file claims with Medicare so they can bill patients for the amount Medicare would force them to write-off. They have done this about 30 times to my wife.

Would give no stars if I could. Person conducting my urine test for work had an attitude and was extremely rude. I was the only person in and sat for 10 minutes while the display screen showed nobody was due in except for me. When I was called in and gave the sample, she accused me of purposely flushing (a piece of tissue) after my urine panel and notated that I was defiant and accused me of using drugs. She also claimed she had told me not to flush when she had not. These people have serious behavior problems.
