While we have yet to see our lab results, my husband and I were very pleased with the service from Stacey, the phlebotomist on staff at Quest in Flowood on River Oaks Drive. She was very kind, gentle and helpful with questions making our brief visit an easy experience. I note previous poor remarks however we can’t say enough good things at this point about our service from Stacey. She’s a keeper!

0 stars only market one star because I couldn't post with 0 stars - probably the most unethical company I have ever dealt with - they always "forget" to file claims with Medicare so they can bill patients for the amount Medicare would force them to write-off. They have done this about 30 times to my wife.

Would give no stars if I could. Person conducting my urine test for work had an attitude and was extremely rude. I was the only person in and sat for 10 minutes while the display screen showed nobody was due in except for me. When I was called in and gave the sample, she accused me of purposely flushing (a piece of tissue) after my urine panel and notated that I was defiant and accused me of using drugs. She also claimed she had told me not to flush when she had not. These people have serious behavior problems.

Came in the Flowood MS office today 7/14/23 and the receptionist/phlebotomist was HORRIBLE! Had the ugliest attitude and rude for no reason. Then when I was called to the back to get blood work drawn, she stuck me twice and didn’t even apologize when I told her it was painful when she was trying to find a vein!! Corporate needs to read these reviews because she is horrible.

My doctor had to send the lab order three times. These people have a very bad attitude, and do the minimum work. I see why this place has one star review. One star is too much for them.

My husband was here. He would like me to give it NEGATIVE 5 stars.Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest we could go. The receptionist/ phlebotomist had the personality of a rock and was rude. She was a horrible person to be in customer service.We use Quest in Florida and have always had a good experience.Luckily we won't have to use this location again.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

Super rude staff. Did no my explain any part of the procedure. Did not want to answer any questions. If I had other choices , I would never come here.

Rude staff. Discriminate against white people. I was here for an hour with an appointment. They were extremely rude and let people who came in after me with no appointment go before me. Stay away

Horrible customer service!!! Drive 30 minutes and took off work to be told that they did not receive my lab orders and that I would have to go find a place to print them then come back. I advised them that I used the completely virtual service that they are linked to so there is no paper but I had an electronic copy of the lab order to show them or send to them but they insisted that I go get a printed copy. They could have printed it if it was so necessary to do so, but last I checked the entire medical industry has gone paperless???? Never again! I think they look for opportunities to get out of work.

Great place nice clean and friendly but fast and convenient the two young ladies there are the best friendly and professional as they come great experience will use them in the future over MEA anytime

If one can avoid doing business with Quest Diagnostics they should. The payment portal does not work and after finally getting a call through the person couldn’t take my payment.

I am frustrated. Yesterday I stopped by the Flowood location and made an appointment at a kiosk. It needed my DL and phone number. I came back at my appointed time and the people there were closing the office due to someone testing positive for Covid. I was directed to a different location. I'm here now and they are closed until the 27th. Great job at calling me and or being open.
