I paid $165 on custom fit soles for my work boots, as I work construction walking on concrete slabs and anything commercial. They fit comfortable enough but did not last anywhere near long enough to justify the price or durability. Tried on my new pair of other brand boots with original soles and knew I had to let the people know that redwing Corporate must not stand too often

First time visiting Red Wing, and it was absolutely the best time I've had buying a pair of shoes. Hunter hooked me up with a great deal and explained the whole process step by step as well as details about the boots and helping me understand why my older pairs kept breaking down within 4 month after me buying them. We cracked a few jokes, talked boots, and he sold me on a nice pair the new styled twist lace up boots and 3 pairs of socks that he highly recommended to help my new boots last longer when they arrive at my house. I'm definitely going to swap from Cavanders to Red Wing from here on. Hunter definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! Also, to Hunter's manager, no he did not ask me to write that last bit ;)

My steel boot laces suddenly snapped while on a job site 4 hours away from home. I called Red Wing immediately and Joseph told me he was more than happy to take a look at my boots and replace the laces at no cost. Once arriving, Joseph and Hunter immediately took a look at my boots and began repairing them. Due to multiple factors, the laces actually couldn't be replaced. Joseph was quick to reassure me that I had a warranty on my boots and he could replace them. They were both extremely informative about Red Wing, your boots, and insoles. I will definitely choose this location from now on. Thanks to them, I was in and out with replacement boots (at no cost) in a matter of minutes.

I was so excited about finding some new work boots and Red Wing has such a fantastic reputation, but, my experience at this store was awful! I don’t know the person’s name, he has dark hair and a beard. He basically asked me what I was looking for, pointed out a few boots, sat in a chair and told me how tired he was and how he was looking forward to his 2 days off. I understand that we all have “off” days but, come on, there was no one in this store and he just came across as bored. The worst part is that this is the only Red Wing store in the area!

Hunter was absolutely the best. When he fit me with insoles that instantly took away my pain...I was overwhelmed. I have been dealing with foot pain for months and the pain was sometimes unbearable. Again I want to think Hunter and team Dogwood for the excellent service!
