Martine' Coffee turning the place around! She will provide an welcoming and professional experience to her utmost ability to do so. If her fingers can work that magic best believe she gone try. I went up there several times to try for a loan even though the fault was on my behalf it was still a quick and very professional experience;I almost felt right at home when conducting business with Martine'Coffee . She had a whole line of people and had me wait patiently in a extremely short amount of time to conduct business with me on a FRIDAY WITH LAST MINUTE TROUBLESOME CUSTOMERS and made me feel like I was her number one priority on this occasion along with many previous!!! She got a spine and she will make you feel like yours exist too! Something this place apparently lacked based off the other reviews. If you're in the working industry and know the term 'octopuss' Miss MARTINE' COFFEE IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DOWN TO EARTH 8 ARMED MIRACLE WORKER THAT TRIES ON BEHALF OF YOUR TIME. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH MARTINE'COFFEE YOU BETTER GET TO WALKING BECAUSE I'D TRUST HER WITH MY MONEY!!!! THE MARTINE' WAY OR NO WAY ALL DAY!!! Went in with a problem with not being able to access my account because of a hold. I was told that I could not touch the money from another bank. Walked in and walked out of this branch with a fully functional account, thank you Jonathan for the great service.

Mobile app went down. I’m paying the price for Regions short comings.Problems again.... can’t get a human being on the the phone. Set up a call back. The computer called me back, then hung up on me. Still no response. I’m closing my account asap. Had enough.

I just talk to a Branch Manager that has no spine. Everything I asked her like why did I get hipped of$to a call center when I hit CALL [ THEIR FLOWOOD GOOGLE SITE, well I must have done something wrong.. She was a double talker and I will being switch banks in the near future because of her. Horrible a/her job.

I just became a regions customer few month's back before, I had a incident with one of the bank tellers their. I came in on a Friday trying to get a checked cash from a local bank that the bank teller was familiar with. At the same time, she said, "she could not cash the check because it wasn't enough in my accounts". Therefore, I left and she said,"I need to go to the bank on the check to cash it". Leaving the parking lot I left and went to another regions and I did not have any problem cashing the check. The bank teller will be reported as well as the bank ,if she was so skeptical about cashing the check she could have verified it with the bank on the check.
