I don't understand why this bank closes at 4:30p.m??? Why not 5?? How are people who work a normal hr job suppose to make it there before you close?

I’d avoid this branch at all costs. Rude, confrontational and un-trained tellers with even worse supervision. I’ve had better experiences at every branch in metro area. Lack of customer service will make you want to change banks, almost like they don’t want your money.

Avoid this branch teller Mrs Carol Kent extremely unprofessional, no customer skill and lack of bank customer service.Also racist tendencies. Should not in public sector.
