I came and got my nails done last week and was very happy then. I somehow managed to mess up my polish this evening and came by to get it fixed, not only did the sweet lady fix my nail, she redid the top coat on all my nails for me! They go above and beyond!

I went for the first time on Sunday as it was one of the few shops open in the area, and unfortunately, I regret my visit. I had my gel polish removed, got a fill in & gel polish. I initially requested French tip, but the older gentleman made the tips extremely thick, so I asked for the entire nail to be polished instead.
The result was bulky, unattractive nails. I arrived a little after 5 p.m., they close at 6 p.m., and I had early morning travel the next day for work, so I didn’t complain. However, it ended up being a waste of both time and money.
I never complain but In today’s economy, it’s frustrating to pay for subpar service. To make matters worse, the polish started chipping by Monday—just a day later—while I’m on a business trip. I’m extremely disappointed.

My husband regularly purchases from the GameStop next door to this establishment. Last weekend, the owner of solar nails came out and started yelling at all the GameStop customers to move from in front of her store. My husband and her got into an argument. However, my husband felt she could have been just having a bad day so he went back this weekend and tried to apologize and reconcile the situation, to which she was absolutely rude again! Owner has a terrible attitude!

I’ve visited many times over the years. The customer service has declined tremendously. I will not be doing business here again, especially after the way that I was mistreated today.

I went to Solar Nails because I was so busy preparing to leave town the next morning for an event. I called and they were open and I was close in the area. I walked in the guy said $25-45 dollars. I decided to go with the $45 manicure/ full set of nails. When he finished he said $65 dollars. My nails were not to my satisfaction. I would NEVER go back there again.

This place was clean and the lady was nice and all but I really wasn't pleased with my nails and she hurt me while she was filing my nails down and she didn't file them correctly cause I still can see my real nails out the side of one of them i came in for French tips and I now have bubbles in my nails and it bothers me because I've NEVER had bubbles in my nails before.... But apparently bubbles can form if the nails are done incorrectly..the lady doing my nails was watching something on her phone while doing my nails so the fact she was really focused on my nails explains why she messed up my nails...I won't be coming back to get them fixed Ill find another nail salon that's actually worth my 50 bucks plus the tip that she only got cause she was watching me swipe my card and everything..

i will start off being nice. this place was very clean, and the ladies were very polite. i had no problems with the lady, when the man went to paint my nails, he smudged it a lot, was rude, and rushed it. am not happy. this was 120 dollars.
