Robbin was truly a gem. She was very nice, knowledgeable and truly went the extra mile. This was my first experience in Soma and she did her job effortlessly. From the sizing to finding what I needed 10 out of 10. Store was clean and staff was nice!! Great job ladies.. definitely gained a new customer!!

First time I have shopped at Soma and I was very impressed. The ladies were very helpful on helping size me & figure out which style I like best. Elizabeth and Lacey went over and beyond. Thank you ladies for the wonderful customer service!

I would give this all five stars because the customer service I received was top notch!!!! I was made to feel like royalty. But my only problem is the bras I bought! They are pretty but honey you can't wear them past 3 hours! I hate that cause I spent over $100 for two bras. But overall, I think it's a good store. Just hate I choose to buy my bras there.

Had one of the most pleasant bra shopping experiences here and it's all thanks to Lacey!She was so awesome. Took my measurements and literally pulled bra after bra for me and helped me with strap adjustment and ultimately helped me find 3 new bras. She was thorough, knowledgeable, considerate and thoughtful. Five star service! Will be back and it's definitely due to her great customer service!!

I’m giving this place two stars because I’ve had good service here before, but I recently went in to get a few more bras and never in my life have I felt so insulted in life. The sales rep basically referred me to another store because they don’t carry the size she thought I needed. I explained to her that I do not wear a size H, but she was determined to put me in a H so I left and went to the stores she referred me to and guess what IM NOT A H! I don’t normally write reviews but this experience was just so upsetting.
