First time renting out a unit and we had a great experience. Barbara went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns I had. She was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend this Storage Unit to family and friends. The facility was clean as well.

Thank yall again for a great facility, it was clean n very secure. Mrs. Barbara was very nice kind n caring. She was a great help to me n my family through stuff being stored in yall facility. She was very understanding through all of it. The other staff that we did come into contact with was very nice n helpful with our needs n concerns. Will recommend yall storage units all over. Water damaged building, and all clothing, bedding and shoes came out molded or musty. So doesn't matter if there is climate-controlled temperature.

Christy was one of the most holistic people I have ever had the honor of handling business with. I was beyond stressed about a climate control unit before I met her and with one conversation she assured me my search and worries were over. After searching 5 other locations, StorageMax (Lakeland) was the best price for the space provided. Thanks again Christy you are awesome!

Unit 215 was rented as a 10x10. But actual floor space is about 9x9. High ceiling makes up the cubic feet I guess. I out some things in, and 2 days later when I open door I find water leaking in from roof all over floor. Man says well that's just condensation from roof! I demand a different unit as never should be water damaging stored household goods due to leak in roof! He did allow me to move to unit 243 which was dry. But I was medically in bad shape and painful to move it all myself. They do have truck parked on site that says free move in but nobody offered it to me to use while moving in. Didn't stay past end of month paid for. People are very nice and professional there just didn't seem to show more concerned about the leak from roof getting my stuff wet. Lucky no damage as what was in so far was all in plastic storage boxes not cardboard ones! I would use again,and have used before. Just surprised about his reaction to the leak from roof.

I did not intend to keep a storage unit this long. But the location was convenient & the facilities were always clean & very accessible.I you need a storage unit ... I would certainly recommend Storage Max.
