Fair warning, go to a different T-Mobile store. This one has no idea what they are doing. Was told by the website, T-Force and customer service that I could bring a trade in to any T-Mobile store instead of having to ship it back even for an online order. Was told by this store that they don't do that. Had one person say that if they said that they were doing the trade-in that they would just pocket the device. Went to the Pearl store and they did the trade with no issues and I received a text saying the trade was complete. Either way this store is lazy or not trained and I would not trust them with access to my account.

The customer service at T-Mobile is great. They are friendly and do their best to help. However the cell service is sub standard. I have been with Sprint for over twenty years. When T-Mobile and Sprint merged the signal went to nothing. I had strong service now I can’t even send a text message. The same response is they are working on the towers. I had a S20 then I upgraded to the S21 went and had T-Mobile install a new SIM card. Signal is still poor. I am considering going to Verizon or ATT. As I said I have been a Sprint customer since 2001 and I have not been happy for the past year. Fix the problem T-Mobile.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their products! They went above/beyond to make us new T-Mobile customers. It was bumpy at first but soon smooth out and the transition became reality. We now have both phone and home internet services. Looking to make a switch from your old phone and internet providers. Try T-Mobile! Especially if you are a senior citizen. Their plans are awesome!

We recently ordered their home internet service for rural areas. They advertised super fast speeds and the locator showed us to be in prime area. Sadly this wasn't the case, we got maybe 1-1.5Mb speeds on good days. We had taken advantage of the 15 day "free" trial in case the speeds weren't up to their claims. 14 days in and we had packed up the equipment and returned it to the store. Which is what it said to do on the paperwork. The store used a different playbook and wouldn't take it. They said it had to be shipped back and emailed me the instructions/return label to print off at home. We printed them off and again this set of instructions it said to return to the nearest store but we knew that wouldn't work. We dropped it off at UPS and waited. We got an email with the tracking information and it read that we'd get another email once it was received. About a week or so later that email came and all was well with the universe.....Another week passes by and we get a bill in the mail for $55 for one months of service. First we only had it for 14 days and we signed up under the 15 day free trial. Well we thought we had, apparently the employee didn't listen to me or whatever and now I was going to have to call the 800 number. UGH Luckily the guy on the other end removed the charge for the account, although they showed we owed $22 ??? He also implied that he was doing us a favor by deleting the charges. Didn't argue and we are just glad the ordeal is over. AT&T will be out Thursday to connect out internet. Moral of the story(review) make sure they know what you are signing up for and doublecheck everything.

I had some terrible things happen to me at the tmobile in jackson. One time they refuse to give me change back in cash. They gave me a bunch of pennies and nickels. For change after I paid my bill. But the one in in flowood. Was much nicer. They never gave me change in coin.

The sales people here are wonderful and so nice. The fact that they have techs in store is very convenient and they give great service! I love this store, best T-Mobile in the area!
