pulled up this AM for a fill up as i do once or 2x a week as it’s along my 1.5h route to work… had to try FOUR pumps b4 going inside to ask is smthg wrong w/ the pumps… only for the associate to inquire if i was getting supreme… i was getting 89… she then says they’re out… my response: could u not have placed signs to inform customers since it’s an all pump issue?…only for her to look dumbfounded & say “they” just told us… i assume “they” are other customers… didn’t even offer an apology… NOR did either make haste to try to get signs up… PISS POOR job of management not to have better knowledge of gas inventory levels & not doing a better job of training associates on PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE responses

This gas station is a hidden gem! The food is amazing—fresh, delicious, and priced just right. The ladies behind the counter are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Great food, great vibes, and great prices—definitely worth a stop!

Wonderful people work there. One lady does pretty much all the work. She's a little rough around the edges, but once you get to know her, her spirit if flawless.

Very rude! Customer service doesn’t exist. People have bad days,yes, but this had happened a lot. Never have fresh food, the “supervisor” always give smart remarks. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she doesn’t understand how to treat people.

When buying ice the scooter I bring in was told to be sat outside before I could purchase a bag of ice. This is a normal policy but next time don’t allow the behavior then change it last second and think it’s sweet. Terrible service. Great products.

Stopped in to get drinks and snacks on a Saturday night (around 10:40 P.M.)While we were checking out, my 9 YO daughter said she needed to use the restroom.The store manager, Tina was extremely rude (as she always is) and told us that the restrooms were closed for the night. I've been going here for years, the restrooms are only closed when she is on nights. This is the last time I ever go to this store. Sick of dealing with her rudeness every time I go there....You would think that whoever owns or operates this store would do something about the way she treats their customers.

The store manager Ms.Tina was very rude, she didn’t speak when me and my friend enter the store not only that we was asking her a question and she just looked at us as if we wasn’t talking to her, she didn’t say one word to us doing our visit inside of the store!!!! We will NOT be returning back to this store EVERY AGAIN ... something need to be did, I understand everyone have they days but for the STORE MANAGER TO have a attitude with the customers for no reason at ALL that’s not COOL!!!! I use to like coming to this Texaco, sometimes I drive from Jackson just to come here but NOT ANYMORE... Thanks to Ms.Tina!!!!

USE YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARDS AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Cashier was ignorant to the fact that when she tried to steal money off of a card, I WAS NOTIFIED!!!! I called and got hung up on twice, finally when I called from another number they answered and I asked to speak to a manager, was told to call back later. Eventually, I called again asking for the manager again. I got asked what I needed to speak with the manager about, and when explaining the situation AGAIN, I got hung up on AGAIN!! Currently waiting on the authorities, contacting their cooperate, and WILL push this!! Shame on you!!

I tried to pay for gas with my cash app card. The female behind the register took my card information and tried to transfer $99 from my card! I got the notification from my phone when I got back to my car!! Since I didn’t have enough money for her to take, it failed! I had my child in the car so I couldn’t confront her because I didn’t want to risk anything happening with my child present. WATCH OUT for crooks at this store! It’s not enough for a pandemic going on, store employees are actively trying to steal from customers! They tried to take food from my kid’s mouth during a pandemic!!!!!!
