Mr. John gave great service from the time o walked in the door until the time I left out. Him and hai staff communicated very well, informing me on other things my vehicle needs. The whole environment was positive and very high energy. Ill see yall again and will always recommend Mavis Tire and Brakes Services in Flowood to those around me.

came in to get brake pads replaced and they wanted to charge me $1800 for a full brake replacement. i couldn't afford that so i just bought brake pads and installed them myself at home for about $50. but i'm sure they would have done a really great job if i had been able to pay them. i came in again to get some tires mounted on my car but they refused to do it because they didn't have the factory sticker on them and they can't install a slightly used tire on a rim, it's just not lucrative enough for them. but that's ok, it's my own fault for being a cheapskate living below the poverty line and i shouldn't have expected them to waste their valuable time on my nickel and dime nonsense, stinking up their nice store with my dirty poor person money. this is a fine business run by friendly, honest, ethical people who care about their community.

Honestly all I did was call this place to inquire about tire pricing, and whoever answered the phone this morning was rude. He heard I was a black woman and had the most disgusting tone. And didn’t let me even finish talking, he would speak over me. I was going to give this place my service but that phone call alone let me know to take my money elsewhere. If you’re black or of African decent do not support them.
