Staff is very nice…. although, not a good place to take your pet for a bath. Last time I went they allowed me to pay for the bath and sent me in my way to the back without warning that one of their stations was out of service, leaving only one available and there was a line of people waiting. It’s not a quick task to bathe a dog, felt rushed so the next person could go. This store is literally brand new, why they wouldn’t have properly working equipment is beyond me. And then for them to not even notify customers there will be a wait because of only having one washing station available. Just called Brandon location, both stations are working will be going there from now on.

I noticed there are no replies to any of these reviews. I'm not sure what's going on at this store Tractor Supply. Why so many people can't get propane. I will choose another Tractor Supply in the area because of these reviews. I want even waste my time even though this one is closer to me. Good management is a must. I was coming here for the pet wash area but per the reviews and no reply from management, I want.

We went to the store for the first time to use the Pet Wash for our dog. As part of the fee, we were given a small towel and told there was shampoo. Entering the door we were over whelmed by the smell of urine. Both baskets for used towels were over flowing with dirty towels. One little bottle of shampoo. How about cleaning/washing the floor with some kind of cleaner?? How about laundering the huge amount of dirty towels? More than one small bottle of shampoo as advertised on your web site.

Terrible service trying to get propane tank refilled. So after waiting in the single check-out lane for nearly 20mins, I get to the register and was told that they could not pump propane because there is only one cashier and she could not leave her post. I was told to come back after 30 minutes when the second cashier would be in. Okay no problem, I had some other errands and could come here last. I returned an hour later, waited in line another 10 minutes for the new cashier that had arrived. When my turn came I was told again that “we are not pumping propane”. I insisted that I was told to come back when extra personnel had come in. Cashier called repeatedly for assistance, no answer. Another customer walks in and also asks about propane (not to mention the customer that was waiting by the refill tank with his empties that I saw when I walked in.) After 5 minutes, finally the first cashier emerges from the back, tells us to come back in 30 minutes and she’ll be able to pump. Unbelievable…I will no longer be giving tractor supply any of my business. Embarrassing that either your cashiers are too lazy to do their job or your managers are too lazy to get off their tails and help. Take the sign down if you are not doing refills! And don’t waste your customers’ time!

We had a good experience here! It's a small store so most things are easy to find, but if you need help the employees are happy to oblige! There was a super friendly employee who greeted us as we entered, offered to help, and checked us out very quickly. I wish I could have gotten her name so I could honor her! I'm glad this location opened recently!

This is my favorite TSC. I come here often, especially around the Holiday shopping season. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for all the usual problems every TSC has (so I am not picking on this store, it is one of the better ones):Never enough people at the register. Usually only one person. Have heard them multiple times to call for "backup" at the register, but then no one shows up to assist. Once, when the line got absurdly large, an employee came out and started ringing people up in line with their hand-held device; even letting them pay on the device with their credit card. I didn't even know this was an option! Why is this not a regular thing?There is no self checkout option. Why?The back-up at the register almost always has to do with some sort of coupon or sale price that is not recognized at the register, and the attendant does not know what to do without a "manager authorization," and apparently managers are scarce or too busy with other things to respond swiftly. And when they do come out, it seems like there is some sort of fine print about the conditions of the sale, and a long conversation ensues, usually with the customer leaving unhappy, and everyone else in line tapping their foot.Finally, there is always a big push to sign up for the rewards program, or online coupon, or credit card deal. Even when the line is ridiculously long. I 100% understand why this is important for TSC's loyalty program, but seriously, let's use a little common sense and move people along when the line is backed up to the dog food aisle.Again, these are all general statements regarding my experience with TSC's on the whole. This particular store is above average when it come to that.

We always like going there, we usually are getting something we need. Yesterday, we went and used their dog wash station for the first time and it was really nice. They had two stations that consist of a deep walled step in bath with a door that shuts, and an apron to wear while doing it, as well as leash holders that will help hold your pet still whole you are bathing them, they provide brushes, various shampoos to use, and towels. After you get done washing them, they have a table with another leash holder and a blow dryer that you can dry your pet off with and it blows warm air to help speed up the process. We were pleased with our first time, I am sure we will be using that again
