The wife unfortunately went to get her hair done. Very poor customer service, poor attitude and lack of appropriate behaviour towards clients by their staff. The hair cut was not what was asked for, the pricing was grossly blown out of proportion and the quality was way below what was expected. They BLATANTLY refused to even provide an itemised receipt to show what the price actually went towards... Would not recommend you make use of this place... Good luck if you do.

BOTCHED!!! Is the only word I can use to describe what this salon did to my 7 year old daughterās hair!!! I am disgusted at this salons performance and will make sure everyone knows it!!!

I am not satisfied with my nails or the customer service. The young lady at station 10 was rude and did my nails messy. I have never had my nails done so rushed and poorly before. After she filed the Shellac off my nails, she did not buff them or ask me to rinse my hands. She didnāt even dust my nails off! She put the base coat on top of dirty nails! My nails are lumpy looking and messy. I am not confrontational so it took a lot for me to speak up for myself. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk to get the manager he refused the first two times. He reluctantly went to the back and got her. While I was explaining how horrible my nails are to the manager, the young lady at station 10 walked up and tried to yell at me. It was other people in the establishment. I explained to her that I was not trying to cause a scene and I only wanted to voice how unhappy I am with my nails. I had already paid and I just wanted to complain and leave at that point. The manager insisted on her fixing my nails. All she did was file and buff the tips, and add an extra top coat. I wanted to ask her how would that help these lumpy nails but I just left. I will never go back there and I can not wait to get my nails redone tomorrow.

I recently had an experience at your salon that I feel compelled to share. While getting a pedicure, there was an incident that I found quite concerning and unsanitary. During the service, The pedicurist grabbed a bowl and dipped water out of my bowl a few times to add to the person's bowl next to me. This made me uncomfortable, as my feet were already submerged in the water. I couldn't help but think about the potential risk of cross-contamination and the spread of infections or fungi. ??? It is crucial to prioritize the health and safety of clients by following strict protocols to prevent the spread of infections. Additionally, she was not friendly and did not make any effort to make me comfortable.
I hope that the spa take this feedback seriously.

Normally, Iām pleased with the job done on my nails at Tranquility. This time though āLamā did my nails and he did a pitiful job. Iām so disappointed to have spent all that money and time to wind up with my nails that look like I went to the drugstore and bought cheap press on nails that were too thick and then had my 10 year old granddaughter paint them for me. Never again.

I went to this nail salon to try something new out, I wanted a basic French tip nail, the lady that I got was really rough on my nails, could tell that she wasnāt taking her time at all, didnāt try to conversant with me, she was filing my nails very rough and kept accidentally sliding and chipping my skin from going way to fast, I wanted a square shape and they looks like ovals, I will not be going back to this place, the rest of the nail techs were very sweet, it was just this one lady, she didnāt drill under the nail so thereās excess Powder and nail under it, was overall a terrible experience.
