  Brought my oldest son here for his 8th grade prom tux 3 yrs ago and from the prices/choices/tailored fitting/ pickup & knowledgeable staff, the whole experience for him was amazing.

  Reagan was so kind and helpful! My boyfriend and I went to find him an outfit for prom, and she picked out the perfect tuxedo that made him look so handsome! She knew was she was talking about and was very friendly and fun to talk to. Definitely will be using her and this business in the future!

  I wasn’t going to complain but when it’s dealing with someone younger than me it’s best to address the issue because it can may help them be better individuals as they get older. On February 22nd, 2025 around 1230 PM I came to pick up my tuxedo for a photo shoot. I was greeted by a nice young lady and a young man by the name of Seth. The young lady asked what service did I need and I stated I was picking up and I proceeded to give Seth my ticket for my tux. After that the young lady went to the back and asked a young man to come assist me, I can’t remember his name but he is African American. He brought my tux out and asked me to try it on and come out so if adjustments need to be made they will or can. So I put my tux on and my shirt is tight around the mid section. Yes I am a heavier gentleman but I did business with y’all last year and ran into the same problem which it was fixed with a bigger shirt and the tux was nice on me. When I came out I told the African American associate my issue and instead of him falling through and grabbing another shirt. He cut me off mid conversation and proceeded to fully make adjustments with a older Caucasian American male. I automatically wanted to cut up and leave the tux there but I kept my cool and went back in the dressing room to put on my clothes I came in back on. The African American associate came to the door and then proceeded to pick back up the conversation by telling me the bigger shirt wouldn’t look good and he pretty much didn’t know what other advice to give. I joked it off by saying I’ve been a big man all my life and pain is beauty I would manage because it’s for a photo shoot. Kid you not once again he walked away from me in mid conversation to help this same older Caucasian gentleman out. So I made it my business to teach how others should treat individuals with humility. The only reason I remembered the young man name Seth is because he shows professionalism and has enough common sense to read the room and try to make customers feel like customer service was met. I could have asked for the manager and complained then but it wasn’t going to come out nicely. I tipped Seth and we shook hands and afterwards I left. Please work with your younger associates on passed judgment. In life you never know who is who and who will bless them for being a person with a golden heart. And I’m not looking for anything in return just passing down a mid experience so it doesn’t happen to myself or any other future clients.

  Cam and Caleb were super helpful and respectful. Great young men working up here and they helped me pick out the best Tux to get married in. Super thankful to them and the very nice establishment! Would rent or buy a suit/tux from them anytime

  Husband’s entire Tux was too small. He was given the wrong shoes, wrong bow- tie, wrong everything. Definitely not acceptable after spending good money towards a very important event.

  Son ordered a super slim shirt and it was so tight he could not breath comfortably. It was last minute going for pictures with 3 other proms that same weekend. Store was PACKED!! I called in a panic and Tom at our local store saved the day, the pictures and the dance. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating they practically met me at the door to make the exchange. Thank you to our local store!!

  I have to say my family received the BEST service I have had from anywhere in MS in a loooong time! I was very impressed with the staff. The quality of the suit is wonderful and my husband was fitted and tailored within 45 mins. And they were a tad busy. Major kudos!!!!!!! I definitely recommend.
