They only had one person at the register for checkout that also had to assist me and another person at Order Pickup. In addition to this, I couldn’t purchase the additional products I wanted because I didn’t have my wallet on me, which has never been an issue before as I usually can enter my social or other identification in order to use my ulta credit card via my phone number. Sad that I wasted time picking out things in the store only not even be able to get them after already having evidence in my hand that I am who I say I am with my pickup order in my hand at the check out. I have been to this store multiple times, and this has never been an issue before now.

Poor service. Poor attitudes. I had my hair appointment rescheduled over and over again. Made multiple visits to the store to get my appointment only to be dismissed. When i finally got my appointment, the stylist took on an unbooked ear piercing for another customer, and then took on that customer’s family members for their piercings. I sat and waited an hour, with my hair wet only to watch my stylist do the piercings instead of my hair.The manager, after previous attempts at having my appointment rescheduled, had given me coupons for future services, did nothing to make the situation better. I left the store with a nice conditioned hair and basically insulted.I called the store manager when I got home and was told “you should’ve just stayed” after the manager had assisted me in my previous scheduling.Do NOT use their services! They do not care for threat clients nor do they care about doing a decent job. Shop online and go to an actual salon if you need your hair cut.

I don’t come in here much anymore, but when I do they usually have what I need so I’ll give them that. But, you will not be greeted and you will not be helped. You WILL be stared at and watched though. And if you ARE spoken to it will be very few words by the cashier(s) who are always guaranteed to be rude to you. Consistency is key! I like the Madison location better.

Salon service lady Tania is not doing her job right. She ruined my hair which i had long & i asked her two inches to cut short, she made them too short to shoulders length. Hair dye was bad of her choice i was asking for black to cover my roots but it turned out light brown. I have stopped further hair treatment which I wanted highlights. She wasn’t good her job right dealing with customers.I’m feeling so bad & i had to attend a wedding. It ruined my hair completely

Ultimately, Ulta sent me an email ? for my birthday telling me to come in for a birthday surprise ?. I went in and received a "Free Moisturizer" for nights ?. Thanks, Ulta, for remembering me on my birthday!! Love this gift ? ❤️

Today is my birthday. Went in because I recently received an email about benefit free eyebrow arching for my birthday. Waited about 20 minutes to be acknowledged or helped. I am a retail supervisor so I get that it can get busy but seriously? Once I was assisted I double checked with the woman about the free eyebrow service and she assured me that it would be no charge(after checking with her supervisor)she said all I need to do was show my ID at the register to confirm it was my birthday for them to discount it. When I got to the register it was a different story. I was unable to locate the email(was told I didn’t need to) that I would have found before getting the service. I wouldn’t have gotten the service done if I knew I was going to be bamboozled on my birthday! Way to go Ulta, I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after this level of deception and disrespect you have lost a customer.

I had the best experience today at ulta. All of the ladies at the counter today were polite and helpful. Tashenna was extremely knowledgeable of makeup products. She also was very knowledgeable with the fragrances. 5 stars for her. Orlincia checked me out and also was very good. I go to a lot of ultras, but this one was good.

Went in to get some products and this amazing young lady helped me out and her knowledge for make up was out of this world. Her spirit was amazing and her attitude was off the chain. She went above and beyond for me and I so greatly appreciate it. Also helped me get some shampoo and I am in love with it. If I can remember correctly her name was Brittany. Her personality is what everyone's should be. Very bubbly and high spirited.
