Always well staffed (especially in the morning and lunch) when everybody and their granny are trying to be in there.
I’ve paid for them to package and ship for me several times and have not had any complaints about damaged packages.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate these folks!

Showed up at 8:04am (store to open at 8am) and there was already 2 people lined up outside. Store was locked and closed. At 8:10am when leaving review, the store still was not open and 8 people were waiting outside to return things

UPS in Flowood, MS. They had a line to the door when I came in but they moved through it fast and I was in and out in no time. Good customer service and reasonable prices.

The guys at this store are exceptional. I had an issue with the store in Brandon, on Highway 80. They were flumoxxed , that the other store had denied to assist me. Thankfully these guys took up the slack! Thanks again!

I came in 10 minutes before they closed and I felt awful, but everyone in here was professional and made me feel like I was their first customer of the day. While the young gentleman was waiting on me to close, there was some people who showed up after they closed and he took care of them without any hesitation. He is a model of great customer service

My package was supposed to be delivered by the 5 of April I have called made claims an y'all still haven't brought it it still says processing how is that possible? It's makes me feel like y'all are stealing are not doing your job then you can never get the store just answering machine.
