Don’t just leave your package with a prepaid label! Even if line is long just wait! I handed my package to an employee behind the counter on opposite end from registers on December 14th. My package was never scanned in! Please get your receipt. My return to nike never got scanned in! Now it’s a loss because I didn’t get a receipt, but I would love to know where my women’s air jordan 1 low size 7.5 is that was a new release is? I am trying to keep hope alive that it might eventually show up! I went and repurchased the shoe yesterday from Hibbets because my return to nike had a small defect that I was exchanging.

I would do ZERO if possible. If i had read the yelp, i wouldn't have come. But I'mAn out of town we and was in a bind. I was in town working on a movie. I dropped off about $600 worth of makeup and supplies there to be packed and shipped. I asked for it to be insured for $400. Insured amounts don't print on the receipt. RED FLAG. It was the owner who took my box on a Saturday. Over a week later I still have no tracking info. I call and they say they'll look in to it. A week later I call again, at this point unable to do my job with what's missing. No case opened!! I was told by owner case would be open and in a couple days I'd get a case file. 2days later I get a case opened and closed letter from UPS saying box lost. Check is being mailed. That's it and that fast! It was underinsured for only $200!!! That's it. I'm out of all my necessary items for work. Not enough money to replace it all... According to tracking it never left their store. Someone saw all my makeup and kept it. I have little doubt. I'm angry and sad, and unable to work with what's missing. I felt very little concern on the part of the owner and the store. Use any other location.

Website and sign on door says that they are open until 3pm on Sunday, arrived at 2:15 and they had the metal gate down and were closed up tight! Needed to mail off some packages last minute and was unable because of this, please update your store hours!

No matter how busy it is, it's always in and out at this UPS store, which I appreciate. The employees work very hard and are doing a fantastic job. I've never had a UPS store experience be so painless. I go out of my way to this location because the ones nearer to me are worse. Keep up the great work!
