I stopped by to mail a package a few days ago and the 2 ladies working there were the nicest people with smiles on their faces! You don’t usually observe that at other post offices. I wish they could get recognition for their kindness.

So basically y'all just don't do your job my package was supposed to be delivered by the 5th of April an you're tracking still states it's processing as of the 13th of April y'all never answer phone aways sending people to a automated system I have made repots an all y'all refuse to respond at this point either y'all are just lazy or stealing people items an not delivering them an it's sad on y'all part I stay 7 to 8 miles away from this office to not been done received my items

Renee was very nice, patient, and moving at A steady paste with the customers. I will definitely use this post office again if I need to, So yes 5 stars for Renee keep up the good work!!

Any time I have to drop something off here instead of at my home post office, I dread it. The line is almost always long and slow to move, and the employees are careless and cold. I mean, you would think it would occur to most people working in a service position to at least attempt to make pleasantries, but certainly not here. Thank God this isn't my regular post office; I feel sorry for the people who do have to call this location theirs.

2 out of 3 deliveries to my apartment in flowood fail to be delivered and extra time is added to the delivery process the full address and apartment number is in every package and most of the time I still have to go pick it up

Christina makes it a better experience for sure. I hate going to the post office, but I don’t mind coming to this one because Christina always has such a great attitude every time I go in. It’s hot in there and it would be hard for me to keep smiling, but she does it. I always leave smiling because of her.

Horrible service. Only have one person at the window each time I go with a long line waiting. No one seems to care about getting to work here on time so people wait till 9:30 or so for someone to deliver packages. For a great city like Flowood, it surprises me this is tolerated.

The USPS WILL NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGES. THIS IS A REPETITIVE PROBLEM & THE USPS WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES AT MY DOOR OR ON MY EASILY ACCESSIBLE PATIO. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE LEFT INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE PACKAGES AT MY DOOR OR IN MY PATIO! Nothing will change & I will more than likely have to use a capable delivery service, in the future & this infuriates me!!! ???. Nothing will change & my USPS PROBLEMS WILL CONTINUE AS LONG AS I USE THE USPS.

If your packages are going through flowood usps, expect them to be late. And also don’t try calling the office, no one will answer...ever.
