My Dr called a prescription into the Flowood location because I was visiting my parents in Flowood. Went to pick it up and pharmacy said they could not fill because my address is over 50 miles away in Laurel. Not only were they rude but this makes no sense. The reason we used Walgreens was because of travel and being able to get our prescriptions filled when traveling. š£

What will be done is the question? Iāve read every review and they all scream, Just start over! That floater really had the audacity to tell me that my doctor doesnāt run their pharmacy. Maāam are you cool? Without them calling in the customers prescriptions what would you be going? Today was my last day ever supporting this location. 15years of loyalty and Iām sure they could care less!

Front end cashier manager has a big attitude, refused to try to load my card limit claiming her register wonāt, yet every other Walgreensā register will???? Like she wouldnāt even try?

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. What happened to customer service being greeted with a smile and there to help.
They look incredibly miserable and very unhelpful.

Went to pick up a prescription on Saturday. I was supposed to get 2, when I left I realized I only received 1. I went back & was told āoh itās out of stockā okay, why wasnāt I told that? You just only hand me 1 prescription and say nothing? I ask what can be done and the pharmacist told me ****I**** would have to personally call pharmacies around the metro to see if they have it in stock???? Since when is that the case? Since when does a patient call pharmacies asking whatās in stock? What a joke. Please hire people who actually want to work. Even the grocery portion of this store just absolutely sucks. No customer service skills ever. They just look at you with dead eyes and no smile, sometimes no words.

What has happened to customer service with a smile? This is the first time Iāve been at this location and I pray that this will be the last. Communication is another issue, there seems to be a complex for these employees. The light-skinned heavy young lady that was at the counter, does not possess tact. And Iām sure that a pre-packaged medication should not take 45 minutes to fill.

This Walgrewens pharmacy used to be great. Now, itās full of rude employees who could care less about their customers. The girls at the front need an attitude adjustment. When customers need their medication, you donāt tell them to come back in three hours. Sometimes itās life or death. Getting your prescription filled on time? Forget that. This pharmacy needs a major overhaul. Iām done with Walgreens. Especially this trash location.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house so would love to be able to use them but I will never use again after my last two experiences. They are incredibly rude. I got here at 8am today and they told me 30 minutes, came back 30 minutes later and she tells me another 30- 45 minutes. I told her I had already been here and that I was told that the first time and she looked at me like she could not have cared less and said it would be another 30- 45 minutes. Iāve heard several people complain about the service here and after today I will never return.

Went to afterhour clinic for meds. Walgreens received the prescription three hours before closing but couldn't fill it in three hours. They knew I was waiting on it from my first trip up there. So disappointing.
