Couldn’t get any help to get a razor behind a locked case on a Wednesday at 6pm. Talked to 8 different people including customer service. No one that works there has a key but everyone walks around on their phone. Had someone turn and try to pretend they didn’t see me and run off when I asked for help.

Cashiers on their phones and getting upset when you tell them you need some help at self checkout. Cell phones should be prohibited on the sales floor at the self checkout.

I want to shop here but I cannot keep wasting my money on pickup and being a Walmart+ member when all I get is expired and opened food. I’ve let so many orders slide but I’m just wasting money shopping here.

Every time I’ve shopped at Walmart, I’ve found everything on my list with the exception of 2 items. I’m super glad to have the app because you can barely find anybody to assist you. Other than that, I’m very pleased.

If I could, I would give this Walmart a negative 5 stars asked for help to get some cologne asked for someone to page for help, and we waited for 8 minutes and then asked a manager to page someone agine then waited for 15 minutes and no one came then when we decided to check out and leave we walked to the back to leave Out automotive and to my surprise we passed about 5 employees just talking and playing around I can't stand having to go there cause you can never get help

Often run out of items for awhile. Clerks can be surly. People loading carts for pick up are rude and practically run over you.

Now it's been 3 years from my first review with was a 1 .. can't believe it could get any worse but it did. Prices not marked correctly and less items ... now I have to go too Kroger to get what walmart took off the shelf.
it is now 2024,July, this is worst than a one rating. Absolutely the bottom of the barrel. Have 12 items on my list only had two. I will have to go to Pearl if I want to do Walmart shopping. Otherwise Aldi will get most of my business now

I have always shopped Flowood Walmart and have never had problems til now. The store stilled is not stocked well and rude people. What has happened?? I heard there was new management we need the old management back.
