I brought a new upgraded phone from xfinity to the store to seek help to activate it. The agent Devonte was so rude and in no mode of helping. He acted like I was wasting his time. Worst experience ever.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Annoying constant service interruptions. Can never get a real person on the line toAsk for updates or timeline of when things will be fixed/up and running. Very unprofessional and extremely dissatisfied with this company as a whole. Wish I could give negative stars. If there are competing services in your area always choose the competitor. Xfinity Comcast is the worst. Can’t stress this enough.

After having such a hard time getting my needs met with several customer service reps over the phone and at a Houston location (Dairy Ashford x Westheimer), KOMESHIA APPLEBERRY was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, super friendly, and committed to providing an all around great experience. I’m thankfulTo have had her service my needs or I probably would’ve changed my mind on Xfinity all together. Love her! Also the location was neat, clean, and the rest of the team was also friendly!

The store is supposed to open at 10am. I took off of work to go return equipment only to find the store was still closed and did not unlock the doors until 10:30. I called the xfinity customer service number and the rep told me to go to the other store in Ridgeland. So thankful I am done with xfinity. Very bad experience today!!

Called them ahead of my move. Followed their instructions and when I got moved nothing was done. Had to call and speak to support from the other side of the planet. Only to be informed all the effort I went through to set up my move was a giant waste of time. Comcast didn't register my new address or setup up my services. I'll be at the store first thing in the morning. This gets fixed TOMORROW! Either my services, which should already be on, start working or I get a different internet provider.

A young man just waited on us and he was the RUDIST person I have ever dealt with at this xfinity store. He should be trained in customer service or sent to stock room. Not a welcome no thank you or have a good day. So angry I may change providers. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Xfinity serves all of Jackson from what I can tell but as new transplant from out of state I discovered there are NO stores in all of south, west or central Jackson (Capital district) where they gladly take our $$ but make us drive to Ridgeland in North Jackson to upgrade, pick up new equipment or drop off old equipment or to pay bill with cash! The impossibility of getting live person on phone ha. So I'm disconnecting my cable box I pay $89.00 for 20 channels there lowest package, including $23.00 fee to give me service I pay $55.00 month for! So I'm taking my 55" smart tv to be very smart and tow help me and a $80.00 antenna get all free channels out there...one time payment easy peasey thank you Xfinity for opening my eyes!! Oh internet only $55 month get $20.00 fire stick plus antenna you getting all movies internet has offer and save $89.00 month to boot WOW ...if your lucky in life you get learn something new every day!!

Excellent, I will always go to the store instead of using the phone service. The phone service is by far the worst experience ever, and each your phone service will make you feel unappreciated and cancel service, but the store is genuinely your best assets.
