Really bad service the guy that works their seemed to be really angry and mad with a bad attitude and he verly wanted to help me with my question im very disappointed that we have such a non motivated people to do their jobs and help our community I been to other cricket stores and their such of nice people they make sure you go home satisfied and happy …. Come on Forest we needs better Custumer service in our community

Around a year ago i came to purchase a new phone, and the manager at the time which i believe was Leo got me right ! He helped me apply for a lease and helped me with everything. From resolving my concerns about how the leases work, to helping me install a case and screen protector, and also helping me port my data over. Overall amazing customer service and satisfaction. 10/10 must try again

The customer service was A1! Jamie, Leo, and the new hire Eladio were OUTSTANDING. As soon as I walked into the door, they all greeted me with a smile on their faces! They helped my family and I purchase new phones and upgrade us to the best plans out at the moment. Jamie was really informative, and gave us information about the current plans Cricket has to offer and such. Where as Leo was very patient and helped us resolve all of our concerns! Last but not least, Eladio installed the screen protectors on our phones (which they turned out flawlessly!) and he helped us port our data over. Overall I had an amazing experience and i will most definitely visit again!

Atmosphere inside the store is just a happy place. Purchased an iPhone 11, they helped me transfer all of my data, and kept good conversation during whole interaction. Overall great experience. Will continue to shop with them. Store manager is great!
