I had an small issue that turn into a hassle at my local store not forest. Mary the manager and boss from corporate step right in and resolved the issue. Great customer service. They truely know the meaning of taking care of your concerns..Thank you and keep doing what you do best!

During a busy shopping weekend, this was the only store in the strip that didn't seem to have a lot of customers, so I chose to go in. First, there was only one associate in the entire store. They did not greet the customers as they came in the door, nor did they bother to stay close to merchandise on racks on the sidewalk. She was too busy on her phone. The racks were spaced pretty close to one another, making moving around the store a bit difficult. The departments didn't easily flow into one another. And you can't really ask for help, because again, the only worker was too busy texting. Many of the clothes that I did choose to try on were already unraveling as soon as I put them over my head. Not worth the price, even on markdown. Disappointing considering I can usually find great steals in this store.
