The girl behind the desk it VERY unprofessional. She has an attitude every time I called, and when you ask to speak to the manager, she insists she can do what the manager can. Then, when i asked her about my car, she didn't know what whether they were working on it or not. THAT'S WHY I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. I had to go all the way to Forest, mind you i stay a hour and a half way, just for them to tell me that the past was not in yet. Then she hung up on me twice when i was asking about my car. She is lucky I'm a woman and not rachet. The cars are overpriced, and they only have a 15-day motor and Trans warranty. My car messed up on day 14. They didn't want to fix it, but I was still in my warranty period. I expected to pay for the part, but I had to pay them to put it on AND pay my car note. I was out of $1500 for something that would have been prevented if they had done a full inspection and tune up on the car before selling it, like most dealerships do. They just patch up used cars and sell them. Once I got my car back, it was rattling. I got it checked out by someone else. Come to find out, they didn't tighten the motor mounted all the way up, and yall know what would have happened if I kept riding with it like that. They will NOT get my business every again

I had a car for only 3 days that had mess up and they wouldn’t cancel the loan payment. When I didn’t want to do business with them anymore . And now I’m stuck paying for a car that I only drove for three days. And I will never do business with them again and they are very unprofessional.

Bought a mustang from them yrs ago (looked great)but it had motor problems but they worked with me and they replaced the motor. I had to replace tht 1 but tht was my own fault not theirs lol. They worked with me when I lost my job n was late on a payment but overall with MY purchase which is paid off early I was happy🤷

Do not buy from this place. Over priced lemon vehicles!! They charged four times what the blue book value is and the car broke down in a couple months. Horrible place. Stay far away

These people are thieves they sell you lemon cars. I would not buy a car from this dealership or one by the name of ez auto sales owned by the same person. I got a car from EZ Auto Sales that broke down within the first 24 hours. I have tried talking to them about taking the car back but they refused. I tried talking to the owner but he refused to even talk to me.

Looked at 3 carsThey had a newer tarus. Transmission was acting funny. Overpriced.They had a focus. Started the car to do a test drive and it barley wanted to run.They finally put me in am impala that ran and drive ok, but judging by the looks of the headlights and front bumper, it seems like it's been in a fender bender. Also overpriced.Alot of their stuff is just overpriced and high miles. I'm not saying don't buy from here, I'm just saying do your due diligence and look over the vehicles good before you purchase. Bring a mechanic if you're not mechanically inclined, or see if they will let you take it to your regular mechanic for a once over.

there are cars they don't work I've already got two cars and they turned out very bad the last one I got I almost had to make it new because all the parts were bad and in the end I had to return it and I had to give them to them to get out of the car for it was very bad, those people are thieves I advise you not to buy a car there
