Went in the store on July 4 to purchase a battery. About five minutes into my purchase, the manager of the store got angry, slammed his fist on the counter and shouted profanity at me, including Gd Damn among others. It appeared to be a bi-polar moment as he was not at all provoked. I have called O’Reilly customer service and reported him 3 times. Twice my complaint has been deleted on a corporate level. I had one call back from a district manager, who did not leave his full name or telephone number. O’Reilly And their incompetent staff Member has made me an AutoZone customer forever. Inexcusable.

Came in to buy a rear end told me was going to take up to two weeks paid in full day of order. Ended up waiting a whole month for the rear end and got sent the wrong one. Then wanted me to pay extra 200 to get the right one. Just was gonna get my money back ended up having to wait another 10 days.

Called Order my part said it would be in at 1:00Pm I came to store paid for my part waited for it to come in go back in the store the guy got my receipt went to get my part can't find it said the girl signed for it but can't find my part so I have to sit and wait til truck comes back to see if it was left on the truck and wait til 3:30
