My mail never makes it to my box. It goes in my neighbors box. sometimes in the box down the road. I get my neighbors mail. I've seen the mail carrier sit in her vehicle and throw the neighbors package onto their porch. I have never dealt with a mail carrier like this before. Poor performance!

Just received this morning. It’s a shame for $37.10 in shipping that we can’t count on our belongings to be taken care of. Even worse, I’m not opening until dec 23 so I have no way of knowing if anything is missing. Yet another Usps fail.

This morning I found a notice in my mailbox that the Post Office had tried to deliver a package to me. I was home most of the morning, so I have no idea why they couldn't just bring the package to the door. The thing is, this package was SUPPOSED to have been delivered almost a month ago. I ordered some items from Oriental Trading for a school program. The first box was delivered when promised. The second box--which was ordered barely 24 hours later--mysteriously disappeared, although the Post Office claimed they "attempted" to deliver it several times. Well, now that school has been out for two days, I finally got the package I needed a month ago. I'm not sure where this package has been for a month, because like I said the Post Office claimed they "attempted" to deliver it several times a month ago--although no notices were ever left in my box. If you ask me. the person that supposedly "attempted" to deliver the package a month ago needs to be fired.
