I visited the Fulton MS store to transfer SIMS card from one phone to another . During this visit the clerk was not able to transfer SIMS card. He recommended that I contact AT&T.
When I contacted AT&T I was informed me that the Fulton store clerk had added another line to my existing phone that I did not request and wasn’t aware of.

Went in to upgrade my phone later found out they added a 25.00 home tech insurance without my consent! Completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional! Highly recommend staying away from this store.

Rita was very accommodating with my problem and while we were waiting on the phones to go through a reboot, she questioned if it would be ok to look at my account. She reviewed my plan and actually was able to see we were eligible for an alternative plan and that plan is going to save us $60 a month. It was a win-win visit for me. Thank you!

Gary was thorough, patient, and professional in getting our phone service transferred. Gary went the extra mile in getting all of our lines activated! I would recommend this store and Gary to others for their mobile phone service!

My husband and I are always reluctant when upgrading because we almost 60 years of age are not tech savvy.
Cheyenne was AMAZING ! She went above and beyond to find the best fit for us at the best price . She even stayed after closing hours to help complete the process .
Out of 1-5 I wish we could give her a 6!
Very refreshing at a time where kind efficient service is rare :) .

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went in for an upgrade for my phone which was not currently working. The employee was not explaining anything through and messed something up with the upgrade to where we weren’t able to follow through with it. He told me he didn’t know what happened and just told me to call customer service. Which led to a 3 hour long consultation with BestBuy with their At&T vendor and I have yet to have my phone set up
under my name. This store is VERY uneducated and does not make you feel confident in their knowledge. We are now in a 3-5 buisness day case with this situation. Will never go back to that store and will probably be switching servers. AWFUL AWFUL AWFULLLLLLLLL
