“I didn't to be a difficult customer, really, but the yoke on my driveshaft was cracked and ready to wreck so I went in without an appointment but they were very professional and understanding. They were able to replace it the next day because they had another Dodge Ram to scrap and even drove me to get lunch while I waited instead of walking into town. “My family was in a bind. Our brakes went bad returning home from a long a trip. Brown's Automotive took care of us right away and got us back on the road. They were very friendly and even gave me a ride to and from our hotel.”
