“I didn't to be a difficult customer, really, but the yoke on my driveshaft was cracked and ready to wreck so I went in without an appointment but they were very professional and understanding. They were able to replace it the next day because they had another Dodge Ram to scrap and even drove me to get lunch while I waited instead of walking into town. Highly recommended, but please call ahead for an appointment:)”
