My mother’s cremated remains just left on the carport steps where our dog hangs out. the package clearly states cremation- signature required! This is beyond unacceptable!

I'm not happy with this post office. It's hard to receive orders here and it's not worth using FedEx if you have to pay to get them from this place. I've only noticed a change since DeJoy came into "power". There's one in particular that is rude and not accommodating.
