My mother’s cremated remains just left on the carport steps where our dog hangs out. the package clearly states cremation- signature required! This is beyond unacceptable!

Delivery service is bad. I’ve had them to put larger deliveries on my porch and that’s fine but they put the other mail with it so when I got home the other mail was blown in my yard and not long ago a package that was too big for my box was jammed in the box. I tore the package trying to get it out. They get paid to do the job and should do it with a little respect or the right way

I'm not happy with this post office. It's hard to receive orders here and it's not worth using FedEx if you have to pay to get them from this place. I've only noticed a change since DeJoy came into "power". There's one in particular that is rude and not accommodating.

they are the worse!!! very rude most of the time!!! they are so lazy they keep the phone off the hook!! I have a package that isnt delivered and it shows bc no access... guess what, they del mail here daily, how is there no access? worthless!

Absolutely horrible mail service! Twice on a Saturday have had a package state it was out for delivery yet never show up.

Terrible, went on vacation, returned and the very day I returned after leaving specific instructions, they sent a very important package back to sender. And it's only an hour away and yet they say they cannot have it delivered to me, if I get my item I might change my mind

I get mail so late on Saturdays. The postmaster is rude. She has a smart mouth & acts if she can be less bothered. I've run into that a lot in MS. Maybe she doesn't like northerners.

I've never had a bad experience here after 5 years of living in Fulton. There's been a few times I thought I was missing a package, after talking to staff they had “stashed†it somewhere around our house for keep saving.
