This AutoZone Auto Parts location is known for its amazing and very helpful staff who provide great customer service. Employees are patient and answer any questions, making customers feel welcome and assisted without condescension. Several reviews highlight specific staff members who go way and beyond, helping with tasks like testing a battery, replacing a brake light, fixing a loose headlight for free, and assisting with oil. This outstanding service leads customers to drive out of their way to visit and to definitely come back. However, the selection for some KDM and JDM parts can be lackluster and may be found at other locations. This is one of the best Auto Zones I have ever been to. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to correct issues for customers. I drive 10-15 miles out of the way to go to this one! And thanks to Jay, the stores near me in Biloxi never want to listen but he's always helpful every time I go

I went to autozone today for a headlight and Mr.Paul came and helped me install and find the right headlight for my car! If you need to stop by this location ask for Mr.Paul he didn’t have to take the time out of his day to help me put my headlight in!

I returned a Vacuum Pump for my 7.3 that had bearings that tried to escape. The gentleman that was there this morning (June 20th) helped me remove the pulley off of the old one and install it on the new one they had in stock. I was so impressed with his customer service! Thank you again!
