The customer service here is a complete joke. No one at the Clinique counter so I asked the lady in jewelry if she could help me. She yelled at “Francine” a few counters over to stop doing a makeover on another woman to help me purchase 1 item and she completely ignored her. The 3rd time she finally walked over and said she wasn’t going to stop to help me. After several minutes another lady came and when I showed her the exact color and number foundation I needed she said I had to be more specific. I said it’s the one in the glass bottle and said “they’re all in glass bottles” which they most certainly aren’t. I’ve been shopping frequently at this store since it was McRaes but I will most definitely not be back.
