Absolute scam. Took my car in to get it diagnosed to see what the problem was at most an $80 fee, three days later and $1000 more of random fees and charges for fixing the car which we never told them to do or authorized which we did not pay. Steve was entirely unhelpful and could hardly explain why it took them so long and why they began work on the car when no work was authorized. I have never seen an establishment extort me as much as this one has, never, and I mean NEVER get your car repaired here as you will leave with a broken car and a broken wallet.

Have used Firestone in Gautier for 10+ years. Usually can get you in quicky, havealways taken care of and problem I bring them, and never had an issue.

THE BESSSTTTTT!!!!! Steve helps me out every time I visit & has the best service! With me being a female & not knowing about tires, he makes sure I’m comfortable & taken care of! I high recommend Firestone in Gautier!

I'll let the photo speak for itself. I was born and raised in Gautier and normally promote private businesses. But this is one of many complaints I've heard about this location. Picture explains what happened. This was not my personage experience but felt it needed to be shared.

Friendly service. We came in with a nail in our tire while passing through on a family trip. They took us in a reasonable time and charged us fairly for the simple tire patch we needed. Would recommend!

Guy is a fraud do not go here. There are tons of claims of him charging 10x the amount owed and not returning it. Do not go here

Absolutely don’t go here, if you’re a woman or an elderly person. He will charge 10X the amount, say it was mistake and tell you wait 3 days. You will never get your money back. How is this place still open and I’m not the first STEVE HAS DONE THIS TOO

I have the upmost respect for mechanics, however, I have lost respect for this shop. I have gave them my business over the last few months, one of those being an over $600 brake job for new rotors/brakes - brought it back up there twice because my new breaks are squeaking and they say they can’t hear the problem, but won’t allow me to test drive with them to show them what I am hearing and when the issue is occurring. Needless to say, brakes are still squeaking and still haven’t been fixed. While I was at the shop I asked them if they could take a look at why my windshield washer fluid wouldn’t come out - they said my motor went out and they would have to charge $400 to repair and for parts. I watched YouTube, found the pump and can clearly can hear the motor working on the pump - the only issue was my nozzles were clogged and just needed to disconnect the line from where it Ys off and let the line be cleared/fix the kink. Less than 10 minutes I had it fixed myself. Do your research before bringing your vehicle here - it may save you money and time to research things on your own instead of trusting these guys. If you do bring it here, make sure to get a second opinion before giving them your business.

Needed new tires but didn’t want to spend a lot since I dont drive very often. Steve spent time researching the best tires for me! They put them on in less than an hour. Price & warranty was better than dealer! Highly recommend!

Employees are unhelpful to say the least. Extremely rude and over priced. I wouldn't have my son's power wheel tire changed here. Drive a mile more down the road to roll up.

My car had been making a squeaking noise. I had taken it to 3 mechanics prior and nobody could figure out where the noise was coming from. After much frustration and money spent elsewhere, we brought our car to Firestone. They thought they had found the issue. They ordered the part, did the repair, only to find it my car was still squeaking. They then went searching until they found where the squeak was coming from. They fixed my car, they were super friendly, and my car is quiet. I am super pleased. Thank you to Steve and all the mechanics that worked so hard to fix my car.

Bad shop. Went in for alighment. 4hrs later mechanic sais bolts were too tight couldn't do it. Took it back 2 days latter, i had loosen bolts. Different person at counter and I asked for receipt I told him I had paid $180.00 cash, to a big guy that was at the counter the first time I went. He said he could give me a receipt for $120.00, what we normaly charge.
And still alignment wasn't done right. It's a rip off. Very unprofessional.

Not really want to be Negative, but when I PAID for 2 new front tires AND a front end alignment. They only put the tires on. Now I'm thinking that other things are happening while they have your car. I really want a refund and my old tires back.
