Called the place about 8 times over the course of 2 months. Never received an answer and never anyone at the 'house' out front. I occasionally see people using the storage units but I have no idea how they are paying for it. I gave up and went somewhere else.

Do not store your stuff here!!!The owner admitted cutting my lock off, when they removed their lock.. half my stuff was missing. When I confronted the owner he got offended and told me to remove my things and leave the property.

The customer service was great even with this covid situation. I rented a unit for about 3 months with no problems whatsoever. MBS will be my first choice if I need storage space again. ??

Martin Bluff mini storage really came through when I had no other option when I was in between moving out. I was selling my house and had 2 months I desperately needed a place to store my stuff till my next move. At the time I they were running a special where I could have the 3rd month free and they really saved me and made my move a little less stressful!

Martin Bluff Storage was accommodating when I needed a unit last minute after college. The manager was super helpful and very understanding. Although they are not gated or have security, I feel my belongings are safe in this location.

Mellissa, the property manager, went above and beyond when I needed to rent a storage unit on such short notice. She was very friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful during my time of need. For the record, it is very obvious there is not a gate or security on the property, so I purchased a good lock! I have not had any probables - five stars all around.!

no security what so ever. we live out of state. Have been using them for years, got notified of our unit being completely emptied out. they said they thought it was us. The only explanation would be theft accept thieves bust locks to get valuables. not memorabilia of your kids i.e. paperwork, school stuff, cloths etc. a thief also would not have emptied out the entire unit of valueless junk that does not turn a profit. I know this I used to be a fra agent, and a P.I. I'm thinking due to our out of state location for years our stuff was cleaned out by management and when we kept paying they gladly accepted. no thief, takes a whole unit of junk to them and memories to my wife. none. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. there are places gated with security cameras. if you value your stuff it's worth the extra 20.
