Went to pick up my package. Encountered a rude employee that walked me to a sign (I didn’t see or read) to inform me. That I don’t need to be walking up on her (I didn’t an employee pointed me to the door and told me to knock). That was on Thursday, I remained nice to the employee having an open mind and understanding. I was told I would receive my package on Friday. I explained the importance of the package. It’s Saturday and I haven’t received my package nor will they answer the phone. I called customer service and the rep said to go pick it up at the center. I informed him that a rep at the local branch told me, “we don’t do that here anymore”. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!?
