I had to use the insurance to replace my phone. I thought it was a reasonable process until they sent me a defective device. I now have a phone that works 15% of the time and I "may" be able to get a replacement on Monday because they can't deliver on a Saturday and MUST have a signature to deliver the phone. It was supposed to be delivered today, but I missed the time deadline yesterday but was told it would be here today. I had a medical emergency at work today and had limited access to help. Cspire, you can do better. I need a reliable phone to do my job and keep my students safe.

Extremely helpful and honest workers here! They give fair pricing for the service and will actually take time to help you with your devices when you need it unlike other phone companies that din't care unless they are selling you something. Highly reccomend if you want more personal engagements with your service provider!
