It just seems to me that the owner well I guess she is the owner she always have the nastiest attitude when ppl are coming to spend their hard earned money at this place of business she says very insulting things and isn’t kid friendly at all!!! If you have a problem when someone bring their child say something from the jump don’t try to be funny and sarcastic once you start the service ! I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere..

Best experience I’ve had a while being from south Texas walked in there praying they do things right well they nailed it great service my nail tech was so cool down to earth asked for specific length , thickness & she nailed it Thank you it was a 10 out of 10 for me definitely recommend them

I went in today to get a fill and polish change on my acrylic nails. I arrived with my 3 year old daughter right as they opened at 930. I know it's not a day care center but what's a stay at home mom to do. I've brought her to get nails done with me, and it's never been an issue. As we waited, 3 works saw me and her and said nothing about her being in the salon. Than when I went to the chair to get my nails worked on. I had her sit in the empty seat next to me . In which the lady proceeded to say she can refuse to do my nails if my daughter doesn't go sit by herself in the waiting area. Sorry lady, no one mentioned not serving me because she was with me, nor will I have my 3 year old sitting by herself. I got up and left immediately. You have lost a well paying customer.

Went in and after waiting about 10 min. The tech kept telling me I needed a full set, although I only needed a refill. She didn't bother to ask me or explain anything to me, just insisting I needed a full set. I told her no thanks.
I went to another salon in Hattiesburg instead the next day with my powder nails that were only done 2.5 weeks before, and they SIMPLY refilled the nails and added the gel polish... no questions, and insisting I pay for a full set like tech here did. I'm not sure what the issue really was, but that's what happened. I wouldnt go back.

Came here to get my toes done before my vacation while my husband is deployed, if you have children, do not even think about coming here they just asked if my three-year-old would be OK to sit out in the lobby by herself because she's not allowed in the back, despite me going to buy her her own pedicure or have her sit on my lap whichever they would have preferred which I have done before. Absolutely ridiculous for them to even assume that I would allow that and then refuse service because of it. You could at least attempt to work with your clients smh. Will never come here again. Thanks!

The lady that did my nails did such a great job! I believe she said her name is Hauri (I'm so sorry if that's not the right spelling!) I'm so happy with how these turned out!! Will definitely be back

Worst experience ever for my daughter's first set of acrylic nails. The inexperienced technician took over an hour and a half on a short set of acrylic nails with no designs. Sad because the owner knew he (her family member)did not know how to do nails. He sent an extra $5 back with my daughter- he should have sent all of my money back. Be aware of shady businesses ??
