This company instore, over the phone and online have a habit of lying to their consumers. I have had several contacts with so-called supervisors over the phone who promise to call back and never do. A telephone supervisor told me to speak to a supervisor in the store that could resolve the issue but I have been in the store 3 times and a supervisor is never avaliable- the part of my account that allow me to see my bill is not accessible and I keep getting excuses as to why- someone in the company have clearly been accessing my account and ordering cpni numbers that would allow access to view the bill because every cpni number I received never worked and it is because another number has been requested by someone else- its been over a month and still getting excuses- when expressing my plan to move to a different provider after being lied to for so long I was threatened with multiple charges that I would be responsible for- today I will file a complaint with BBB, consumer protection agency and the federal trade commission and I will be switching carriers as quickly as possible- identity theft is real and I'm being blocked from this portion of my account for a reason- I DON'T TRUST CSPRIE AFTER ALL OF THIS

I was seriously thinking about changing phone providers about a week ago until I went to my local CSpire store and had interactions with ASR S. Carter and Repair Tech D. Robinson. I explained the issues that I was having with my cell phone, how long I have been having these issues and how many times I have came to the local store and stores in others cities but no one could seem to fix the problems I was having. ASR S. Carter was very helpful and professional. Repair Tech D. Robinson eagerness to help and job knowledge was very impressive. Overall everyone in the CSpire store made me feel important especially S. Carter and D. Robinson. My hat goes off to those two. Great job! Keep the sounthern hospitality going ladies and gentlemen.

I received a voice message from Cspire. A friend called me and Cspire's voice message told her that my phone was no longer in service because "She didn't pay her bill."I thought that was very UNPROFESSIONAL. Earlier my phone was out of service and I went to the local store. The person that waited on me told me that a code had been entered into my phone and the only person that could fix it was an employee.

Employees are great, but this is literally the worst service of any kind I've ever paid for. Literally everywhere, from the delta to LA, their 5g checks out EVEN SLOWER than their 4g(which is insanely slow)!!! It's some kind of SCAM. Don't waste a penny here unless you're willing to waste hours every day fighting the slowest signal on earth.
