“We had such a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn from July 9th through 12th, thanks entirely to the incredible team here. A couple of small things came up along the way, but every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Zayla and Tarneshia were a pleasure at the front desk and got us settled in quickly. When a minor room issue popped up one night, the overnight team responded right away with genuine care, even though we had an early morning ahead of us. Jakayla followed up with us the next day with such warmth and made sure we were doing okay after everything.

General Manager Barbara Walker personally followed up to make sure everything was resolved, and that kind of warmth and attentiveness really says something about how this property is run. You can tell the whole team takes pride in taking care of their guests.

We left feeling genuinely grateful for the hospitality, and we will absolutely be staying here again.”

They work so hard to meet the needs of the guests in a full house. This is my go-to hotel when my company sends me to the area. 5 stars. The 24/7 staff and coffee is a major plus, too! Yaaas!”

“This use to be my home away from home but now it's not it's to much stuff go on there my experience was I didn't feel safe at all with the disturbance beating on doors arguing loud noise and it goes on all night scared to go to sleep cause you never know what's going to happen it use to way better then what it is now the people that lives there some of them don't have respect for others people spend there money to be in or sleep in peace not in fear.”

“My room was awesome!! I come every month and this was the best room yet. But this morning the girl that does the breakfast was very very rude to me... No hospitality at all when I walk in I thought she was a guest she looked at me very very mean.. I went to get coffee and she says. Do you have a room here! Very rudley I said yes and she walked away! All she had to do is ask me my room number! Very unprofessional! She didn't turn the TV on all the chairs where still stacked on the table. The sausage was cold looked like it had been there all night. Very disappointed!”
